Maintenance

The staff at Melroy Property Management takes pride in the upkeep of the properties that we manage. A property with good curb appeal shows better and is more likely to attract a prospective renter. This makes our job easier and we are quick to make sure all our maintenance vendors are performing as expected. Taking care of maintenance requests is in everyone’s best interests. Requests are documented and detailed invoices are maintained and tracked on an individual unit basis. Many staff members are also income property, and the vendors we use are the same ones that maintain all of our managed properties for our clients.

• All vendors are licensed with general liability insurance
• Continual review of our vendors list based on performance and price
• At-cost purchasing of most supplies through commercial credit lines
