Emergency Service

Property related emergencies can occur at any time. If the responsible party is unavailable to respond quickly, the damages cannot be mitigated effectively. Anything can happen when it comes to property related emergencies and it helps to know what to do in all property related situations. With over 40 years in business and a knowledgeable support staff Melroy Property Management is ready to tackle any problem that may arise. Unfortunately, these events don’t always happen during normal business hours and sometimes occur in the middle of the night or during holidays. We have accounted for these unfortunate events by providing a 24 hour a day / 7 days a week emergency call service to make sure emergencies are always tended to in a timely fashion.

  • Answering of emergency calls by a person instead of voice mail
  • Quick assessment of emergency calls based on type and urgency
  • Immediate transfer of urgent calls directly to the appropriate resident or property manager
