Our full-service accounting department allows us to maintain proper accounting records for our clients. The methods we use to collect rents give us a clear advantage over the competition. Centralized rent collection with the ability of automated clearing house processing (ACH) and accounts receivable check conversion (ARC) allows funds to be captured much quicker and safer than manual bank deposits. We are notified of returned checks due to non-sufficient funds (NSF) in 2-3 business days instead of 2-3 weeks. Not only does this minimize loss of rents and expedite the process of eviction if need be, it is an added convenience for renters who don’t want to be late on paying rent and the hassle of mailing their payment in monthly.
Our hosted property management software is best of breed and has numerous redundancies and for continual uptime. As our industry changes, we constantly evolve our practices to protect our clients information and funds.
